Where will my product be shipped from?
Our products are shipping in the EU, UK, USA and AUS. This means we have the ability to produce, and deliver to you in the shortest timeframe possible.
How long does shipping take?
Generally, 6-12 days should be allowed for production and delivery. Please note that holiday periods put extra strain on shipping companies, so it's best to order earlier rather than later.
What if I am not satisfied with my product?
If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us straight away, and we'll work out what went wrong. We want to maintain our great reputation and will do everything possible to rectify any issues.
